Shipping fee: £9.99 for orders below £60;
Free shipping for orders of £60 or above;
All prices are tax-inclusive;

6. Cancellation Policy
Within 48 hours: You may request order cancellation. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 1–5 business days.
After 48 hours: If the order has already been prepared or dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. You may apply for a return after receiving the goods.

7. Returns and Exchanges Policy
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the product.

Return conditions:
The product must be unused and in its original packaging;
Proof of purchase is required;
Full refunds are available for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items;
For returns without valid reasons, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Exchange conditions:
Requests must be made within 30 days;
The product must remain in good condition;
For exchanges due to shipping damage or incorrect delivery, all related costs will be covered by us;
Replacement items will be dispatched within 1–3 business days after approval.

Return and exchange process:

We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions;
Return the item and retain the shipping receipt;
Once the inspection is complete, we will notify you of the result by email.

Refunds:
Approved refunds will be processed within 1–5 business days, with no additional charges.
