Delivery Area
We currently only offer delivery services within the UK. Delivery services to other countries or regions are not available at this time.
Shipping Fees
Orders with a total value below £60 are subject to a shipping fee of £9.99.
Orders with a total value of £60 or above qualify for free shipping.
All displayed prices include applicable taxes and related charges.
Order Processing Time (Including Cut-off Time)
Once payment has been confirmed, orders will be prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Order Cut-off Time
Orders placed before 18:00 will begin processing on the same business day.
Orders placed after 18:00 will begin processing on the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed starting from the next business day.
Minor delays may occur during public holidays or periods of stock fluctuation. If so, we will notify you promptly.
Order Preparation
After payment confirmation, your order will be prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
During peak periods, slight delays may occur, and you will be informed in advance where possible.

The estimated total delivery time is approximately 6–12 business days. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location, carrier, and weather conditions.

Liability and Responsibilities
Damaged or Lost Parcels
All items are inspected prior to dispatch.
If your parcel is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible and provide supporting evidence such as photos or videos.
Changes After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
Delivery Address
Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete.
Any delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect address information will be the customer’s responsibility.
Receiving Your Parcel
Please inspect the parcel before signing for delivery.
If any damage is visible, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
