1. How do I place an order?
Browse our online store, select the products you wish to purchase, and add them to your shopping cart. After confirming your delivery details and order information, click “Confirm” to proceed. Once payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and full purchase details.
2. Accepted payment methods
We accept secure payments via Visa, MasterCard, and other commonly used bank cards. All transactions are processed through encrypted systems to ensure the security of your data.
3. Modifying or cancelling an order
If your order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel it within 48 hours. If the order has already entered the delivery stage, you may apply for a return after receiving the goods.
4. Delivery time
Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery usually takes 6 to 12 business days. Delays may occur during holidays or peak periods.
5. Shipping fees
Orders below £60 are subject to a shipping fee of €9.99.
Orders of £60 or more qualify for free shipping.
6. Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking information. You may also track your order on the “Order Tracking” page using the email address or phone number provided at checkout, together with your order number.
7. Returns and exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days. Please contact us by email and provide your order number, proof of payment, and the reason for return. For further details, please refer to our Returns Policy.
8. Refund time
Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued via the original payment method within 1 to 5 business days.
9. Damaged or incorrect items
If the item you receive is damaged, defective, or does not match your order, please contact us as soon as possible and provide relevant photos. We will offer an appropriate solution.
